THE STORY OF EJ FARM CACAO BRAND

EJ Farm did not begin with a grand plan, but with a very genuine concern: how to create clean agricultural products that preserve their natural value and are of high enough quality for our own family to trust and use every day. 

Originating from the Central Highlands of Vietnam – where the climate and soil are especially suitable for cacao cultivation – EJ Farm was formed through challenging early days. At that time, the cacao market was filled with blended and alkalized products, which diminished the original flavor and natural nutritional value. This motivated EJ Farm to take a different path: to be authentic, truly clean, and preserve the essence of cacao beans. 

The early days were not easy. From learning cultivation, harvesting, and fermentation processes to roasting, grinding, and production – everything had to be self-studied, tested, and continuously improved. Some batches failed, and some had to be redone from the beginning. But that persistence built the strong foundation EJ Farm has today.

 EJ Farm chose the “natural” approach – non-alkalized, no additives, preserving natural nutrients such as Magnesium and antioxidant compounds like Polyphenols. Each product is not just food, but a commitment to quality and integrity in every step. Beyond products, EJ Farm aims to elevate the value of Vietnamese agricultural goods. By working directly with farmers and improving cultivation and harvesting processes, EJ Farm strives to build a sustainable ecosystem where growers, producers, and consumers all benefit.
