EJ Farm – The Story of the People Behind Vietnamese Cacao
Every chocolate bar begins with a cacao bean.
But at EJ Farm, we believe that even before the cacao bean, there is a story about people.

Our story begins on the fertile red basalt highlands of Vietnam, where farmers rise before sunrise and walk through rows of lush cacao trees, carefully inspecting each fruit as it ripens.
Not every pod is harvested. Only those that have reached full maturity are selected.
Because we understand that the quality of a chocolate bar is not determined in the factory—it begins on the tree.
At EJ Farm, we work hand in hand with dedicated farmers—people who have devoted their lives to the land and to cacao. Together, we continuously learn, experiment, and strive for higher standards in harvesting, fermentation, and drying.
Some fermentation methods took years to perfect. There were rainy days when our team stayed up late into the night to protect precious batches of cacao beans.
There were also failures that forced us to start all over again.
Yet it is this perseverance that has shaped the identity of EJ Farm today.
From carefully nurtured cacao beans, we continue the journey through our Bean to Bar process—controlling every step from fermentation and roasting to grinding and crafting each chocolate bar.
We do not simply make chocolate. We preserve the unique flavors of Vietnam’s diverse regions.
The bright tropical fruit notes of the South.
The delicate hints of honey, caramel, and floral aromas from the Central Highlands.
And above all, the passion and dedication of the people who truly love Vietnamese cacao. Every bar of Enjoy Chocolate is more than just a sweet treat.
It is a story of farmers, of red basalt soil, of early mornings in cacao orchards, and of a dream to bring the flavors of Vietnamese cacao to the world.
When you enjoy a bar of Enjoy Chocolate, you are not simply tasting chocolate. You are experiencing the story of an entire journey.
